The guest rooms are clean and simply decorated with Mediterranean tiled flooring giving it a Santorini setup.They are air-conditioned offering a wardrobe, a hospitality tray with tea/coffee making facility, a mini fridge, a Smart flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a hot and cold shower.
The Nipa Hut/Country House or in tagalog Bahay Kubo, kubo or payag is a type of stilt house and still an icon of Philippine culture. It is a symbol of the unity of the people in a community by means of "Bayanihan" - meaning that men in the community volunteer to help carry your house to your desired place or area to live. The materials used are sustainable - such as bamboo or kawayan and nipa grass called cogon.
D Sanctum's Bahay Kubos comprise a sala/lounge, an aircon room/kuwarto, a hallway and fully equipped cold shower, sink & flushed toilet. Enjoy your home away from home in "Bahay Kubo kahit munti"
